- TRAVEL DETAILS
A passport is required to travel to Dubai and should be valid six months beyond travel. Your passport should not expire before July 3, 2026. - All Rates are subject to increase.
- Currently, US Passport holders will receive VISA upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time.
- Please note, the hotel check-in date is December 28, 2025. This trip will cross the international date line. Your flight should leave on December 27, 2025.
- If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. The airport we will fly into is Dubai International Airport. The airport code is DXB. The group flight will depart from the IAD on December 27, 2025 and arrive in Dubai (DXB) on December 28, 2025. Check-in into the hotel is December 28, 2025. We will depart from Dubai to the US on January 3, 2026. If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.
- At check-in, a major credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.
- Airline flight schedule for the full package will be released late 2025.
- A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 60 days before travel, if not earlier.

- All payments made to Inspire Me 2 Travel LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE unless travel insurance is purchased.
- A passport is required for this event.
- Please register in the FULL NAME shown on your passport.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will detail your payment schedule.
- Each individual is responsible for their own airfare if the land package is selected.
- Flight itineraries are due to your agent 30 days prior to departure.
- Travel insurance can be purchased at an additional cost. (Highly Recommended)
- It is best to pay your initial deposit as soon as possible to guarantee you are locked in at the above rates.
- Rates are subject to increase.
- If you fail to make monthly payments, your reservations are subject to cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited.
- It is imperative to make sure your roommate’s payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you will be required to pay a higher Occupancy Rate.
- A $250 late fee will be imposed for all payments received after the final payment deadline (NO EXCEPTIONS).
