In the unfortunate event of trip cancellation, ALL deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Inspire Me 2 Travel LLC has contractual agreements with vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. If you need to cancel please fill out our cancellation form here. - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.

- A passport is required for this event. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the date of your travel.
- Please register in the FULL NAME shown on your passport.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will detail your payment schedule.
- Each individual is responsible for their own airfare to Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA)
- Flight itineraries are due to your agent 30 days prior to departure.
- Travel insurance can be purchased at an additional cost. (Highly Recommended)
- It is best to pay your initial deposit as soon as possible to guarantee you are locked in at the above rates.
- Rates are subject to increase.
- If you fail to make monthly payments, your reservations are subject to cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited.
- It is imperative to make sure your roommate’s payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you will be required to pay a higher Occupancy Rate.
- A $50 late fee will be imposed for all payments received after the final payment deadline (NO EXCEPTIONS).
